This is an outstanding opportunity for a client focused business development professional or ex-lawyer to move into a pioneering client development role within a top tier law firm.

The client relationship manager will develop a new strategy for client retention, client service and relationship management, as well as drive a best practice approach in relation to client development with financial institutions and corporate clients. Focusing predominately on managing banking relationships, you will develop effective client feedback systems, analyse and interpret client service reviews, identify new business opportunities, coach partners, and manage the relationships. The ideal candidate will have good experience in developing client feedback programmes, allied to extensive coaching skills and proven experience of influencing at partner level.

Degree educated, the Client Relationship Manager will have outstanding communication skills and strong commercial awareness. You will have relevant business development and client relationship experience within a similar professional services environment, or perhaps be an ex-lawyer with a flair for and strong interest in CRM.
