Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Business Development to promote the firm's brand to external and internal stakeholders through digital communications, including website, intranet, blogs, e-newsletters, social media and other online applications.

Managing one direct report, this is a significant and core firm wide and international role where you will oversee day-to-day management of the firm’s website, develop and implement an SEO strategy , integrate e-marketing campaigns and social media into all online marketing activity, as well as identifying, investigating and evaluating emerging e-business technologies and making recommendations for upgrade or new products. You will develop governance and best practice across all online communication channels, and advise fee earners on the setting up and on-going use of social media accounts.

You will work with the relevant teams to put in place website, social media, SEO and web writing training programmes, and identify opportunities to publish, share and promote content on the firm’s website and social media channels.

The successful individual will have first rate digital project management and planning skills and at least three years' digital marketing experience in a professional services organisation.
